Shorter chat replies that stay on what you said
Chat replies are shorter, you can talk over Sanora, and if you subscribe during a free trial you're charged that day. Each group also has its own page for admins.

People who sign up with a group's invite link or code are added to that group, or can be held for approval if the organization requires it.

Video check-ins on a weak connection
On iPhone, the mic reconnects when you come back to the page after a call. The wrap-up screen marks your 3rd, 5th, 10th, 25th, 50th and 100th check-ins.
We measure your connection before each check-in
Invite links work from outside North America. You may see a prompt to set up a passkey for faster sign-in.
Check-ins finish when your connection drops near the end
On iPhone, you'll see when a notification or switching AirPods has cut off the mic. On a Galaxy S25, face tracking restarts by itself if it fails.
Subscribing early keeps the rest of your trial
You'll get an email receipt for each payment and refund. Ambassador invite pages show who invited you.
Missing chat replies are fixed
Chat buttons stay in your history when you come back. On a work device that blocks the camera, you'll see a message about it.
Ambassador codes work again on the join screen
Backing out of checkout brings you back to your subscription page. After a check-in during setup, you'll move on from that step in chat.
A warning when you move out of the camera frame
You can ask for your check-in history in the middle of a chat, and a tab left open overnight is ready when you come back.
Yearly plans
The subscription page shows your plan and what would change if you switched. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge, including renewals, for any reason.
Weekly reminders after your first check-in
On a slow connection, a check-in no longer gets stuck after you tap start. Admin invite links come with a printable QR code.
Free and paid plans
New accounts start on a trial. Subscribers can cancel or update their payment method from the Subscription page in Settings.
Sign in even if you never verified your email
Camera errors during a check-in come with a Try again button, and your organization can have its own resource library.

Resources show up inside your conversation, and check-ins start one step sooner.

Check-in results have a new screen inside chat, and you can move between chat and your dashboard from the top of the app.
