Chat
You can start a check-in, open a resource or go to your account from chat again. When a reply is slow, you'll see a short note while it loads.
Voice check-ins
Voice check-ins go through on some restricted networks that used to stop them. If one stalled on you before, give it another try.
Signing in
If you signed up with your phone number, you can now add an email address in Account details and sign in with either one.
When you sign up, a phone code stops working after three wrong tries and an email code after five. You can ask for a new code once a minute, and the code boxes clear after a wrong code.
Smaller changes
- You'll get a heads-up when you open a check-in in a second tab while one is running, and you can start the new one anyway.
- You won't be asked twice about a required topic you've already covered in a check-in.
- The "save your progress" prompts stop once you make an account from guest chat.
- Reply STOP to any Okaya text to stop getting texts, and START to turn them back on.
- 988 and 911 have a Call button in your support contacts.
For team leaders and ambassadors
In My Crew you can pick the organization and group you're looking at. If you run a single group, you won't see the organization-only buttons.
The Ambassador Hub has a new layout. Your share link is right on it, and you can see the results for each code.
Diary card
Your diary card summary can cover any stretch from 1 to 14 days, for example everything since you last met, and the printout shows the dates.
