Your subscription
On the subscription page you'll see whether you're subscribed, on a trial, on the free plan or covered by your organization, along with what would change if you switched plans. If you hit the free plan's weekly limit, the screen shows the exact date it resets.
During a trial there's a Full access marker in chat. In the last week of the trial, the marker also shows when your access ends and what changes after that. The email you get before your trial ends lists both plans, and its button goes straight to subscribing.
Refunds
Our refund policy is up. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge, including renewals, for any reason, by emailing hello@okaya.me, and the whole policy has the details.
