Shorter chat replies that stay on what you said

Sanora's replies are shorter now, under about 150 words, and they stay on what you brought up. If you tell Sanora you've been sleeping badly, that's what you'll talk about.

Here's what changed in the October 13 release. Most of it is in chat, so that's where we'll start.

Chat

Talking with Sanora

You can now talk over Sanora. The voice stops quickly and keeps everything you said, and the text on screen stops right where the voice did. A pause in the middle of a sentence won't end your turn, and mute silences the voice.

Your subscription

We changed how subscribing during a free trial works. You're charged the day you subscribe, and the days you had left on your trial are added after the period you paid for. For example, on the monthly plan, if you subscribe on day 12 of a 30-day trial, your next charge comes around day 60.

If you're on a free trial or the free plan, you'll see your plan on the chat screen with a link to the plans. Once you've used up what the free plan includes, you'll see a message saying so wherever you start a check-in, chat included.

Smaller changes

For team leaders and admins

Each group now has its own page. Go to Settings, then Organization, then Groups, and click a group's name. From there you can see who's in it, remove people, and get the invite code and sign-up link.

Organization admins can also add people from that page, and delete a group once everyone in it has been moved or removed.

Diary card

For people who use the diary card, setup now ends with a diary card button.
