This week's signals
- How many of the seven days have a saved diary card, compared with last week.
- Which days you missed.
Open your weekly summary, pick the week you want, and save it as a PDF. Read it before your session, or upload it to your clinic's portal.
Your diary cards add up to a weekly summary: safety, engagement, and what showed up in your notes, all on one page. You can save any week as a PDF.
An Options screen slides up, showing No Printer Selected, paper size, and a preview. That's your iPhone's print screen. You don't need a printer.
The Share icon sits at the top of the Options screen, just left of the grey printer button.
Your week appears as a PDF Document. Tap Save to Files, pick a folder, and tap Save.
Chrome's print preview opens with your summary in it.
At the top, open the dropdown and choose Save as PDF instead of a printer.
Tap the blue save button, pick a folder, and tap Save.
Your browser's print window opens with a preview of the summary.
In Destination (Chrome or Edge), choose Save as PDF. In Safari, use the PDF menu at the bottom left and choose Save as PDF.
Click Save, name the file, and choose where it goes.
Four parts, in this order. Worth a look before you save, so you know what you're sharing.
Open the DBT tab, tap Your weekly summary, choose your week, then Save as PDF.
Yes. Use the left arrow next to the date range to step back as far as you like. The week showing on screen is the week that gets saved.
The summary is built from saved diary cards. If a week has no saved cards, there's nothing for it to show. Save a card or two and it fills in.
No. Okaya never sends the summary for you. You save the PDF, then upload it to your clinic’s secure portal if you want it shared.
No. That's how your device makes a PDF. Choose the PDF option instead of a printer and nothing gets printed on paper.
Usually two pages on letter-size paper. The app bar and the Save as PDF button are left out, so you only get the summary itself.
Yes. Opening the weekly summary in Okaya works just as well. The PDF is for when you want a copy to keep, or to upload to your clinic's portal.
