It's in the Files app
- Open Files on your iPhone and look in the folder you picked.
- It's named after the page, so look for Your week. It's a normal PDF.
- Tap it any time to read it, before a session or after.
The confusing part is what happens after you tap Save as PDF. Here's every tap, animated. You don't need a printer.
On an iPhone, tapping Save as PDF opens your phone's own print screen. It mentions a printer, which throws people off. You don't need one. The button you want is the small Share icon at the top of that screen. Watch it once and it's obvious.
Open your weekly summary in Okaya, pick the week you want, and tap the dark Save as PDF button pinned at the bottom.
You'll see a Printer row that says No Printer Selected, then Copies, Paper Size, and a preview of the page. This is your iPhone's print screen, not Okaya.
At the top of that screen there's a Share icon, a square with an arrow pointing up. It sits just left of the grey printer button. Tap it.
Your week now shows as PDF Document. Tap Save to Files, pick a folder, and tap Save.
Save as PDF → Share icon → Save to Files. That's the whole thing.
Because iPhone makes PDFs through the same screen it uses for printing. Leave No Printer Selected alone. The Share icon is what turns it into a file.
Give it a second. The preview takes a moment to build on a slow connection. If the screen still doesn't appear, close the tab and reopen your weekly summary, then try again.
Wherever you chose in the Save to Files step. If you didn’t change anything, check On My iPhone or Downloads in the Files app.
Not by email or text. Neither is secure for health information, so upload it to your clinic's portal instead.
Yes. The Options screen looks slightly different, but you're still looking for the share icon, then Save to Files.
The steps are different there. The weekly summary tutorial has a tab for each.
