Join your group
Your group is how your check-ins connect to your organization. If you are signed in but not in your group yet, here is how to join with the code your organization gave you.
Join With Your Invite Code
You need two things: an Okaya account you can sign in to, and the invite code your organization gave you. The code is short, something like ABC123. Then follow these steps on your phone or your computer.
Sign in to Okaya
Go to mindcheck.okaya.me and sign in the way you normally do.
Open More, then Settings
Tap More in the bottom-right corner, then tap Settings.
Open My groups
Under My account, tap My groups. This screen lists every group you are already part of.
Tap Join group
Tap Join group in the top-right corner. A small window opens and asks for your invite code.
Enter the code and confirm
Type the invite code your organization gave you, for example ABC123, then tap Join group. Your new group appears in the list right away.
Your Privacy Does Not Change
Joining a group connects your check-ins to your organization's program. It does not open your answers to anyone.
You're all set
Signed in, in your group, and ready for your first check-in.
Frequently asked
I entered the code but I still do not see my group.
Close Okaya fully and open it again. If the group is still missing, the code may be for a different group, or your account may need to be added by your organization. Ask the person who invited you.
Where is the code entered, exactly?
Open Settings, tap My groups under My account, then tap Join group. Type the code in the box and tap Join group.
Can I be in more than one group?
Yes. My groups lists every group you belong to, and you can join another at any time with its code.
How do I leave a group?
Open Settings, tap My groups, and tap Leave next to the group you want to leave.
